EJCHS literary team finishes 8th in state

The East Jackson Comprehensive High School literary team finished eighth overall in the state competition recently. Emily Bunn, Carleigh Chandler and Kayla Fricks finished third in the trio category, while Tatiana Ropero-Zapata finished in this place in the literary interpretation category. Diego Uribe finished fourth in Extemporaneous Speaking, while Leila Huss finished in fourth in Essay and Drew Saucier in fourth in Literary Analysis.
